Hill CDC leader wants original agreement attached to any new plans for Lower Hill site

Marimba Milliones, president and CEO of the Hill Community Development Corp., wants any new changes to the plan for the redevelopment of the former Civic arena site in the Lower Hill to have the original agreement attached to it as a reference.
