Ricky Kusuda is the new chef de cuisine at Bali Steak & Seafood at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort.
The resort announced Kusuda’s appointment earlier this week.
Kusuda is a longtime employee of the property, where he previously served as the banquet chef, overseeing banquet spaces including the Waikiki Starlight Luau and the Tapa Commissary Kitchen.
