Home prices rise 10% on Hawaii’s Big Island


Single-family home prices on Hawaii’s Big Island rose 10 percent last month, compared to January 2019, as the number of sales dropped, while condominium prices declined on higher sales, according to statistics from Hawaii Information Service on behalf of Hawaii Island Realtors.
