Homebuyers squeezed out by Nashville prices. Here’s where they’re going


The high cost of housing in Music City, combined with high interest rates, have pushed many would-be buyers into markets outside the city, where costs are a little easier to bear. Broker Larry Lipman said neighboring markets are a viable option but as they fill up buyers will face a new challenge – traffic.
