Reviews for Arizona restaurants trend more toward positive, report says


For the past decade nothing has impacted the restaurant industry more than online reviews, but a new report shows that reviewers aren’t as harsh as some restaurateurs might think.

Of all the online reviews Arizona restaurants get on sites like Yelp, Google and TripAdvisor, 78.8% are positive, according to research done by business management software company Womply, which has conducted other reports on restaurant revenue.
