Minneapolis-based HomeServices of America announced its plans to purchase a North Texas-based real estate company called Ebby Halliday and its portfolio of brands.
The company will acquire Ebby Halliday Realtors and Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, both based in Dallas, as well as Williams Trew Real Estate, headquartered in Fort Worth.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
HomeServices of America, based in downtown Minneapolis, will also acquire the company's affiliated mortgage and title companies.…
