A new restaurant concept is in the works at The Grove in Hoover.
On Monday, the Hoover City Council approved an incentive agreement with ESM Hospitality for a new restaurant at 5532 Grove Blvd – which has previously housed The Boot at the Grove.
According to a previous item from Hoover City Council, ESM Hospitality will operate as Farrelly's Southern Bar & Kitchen. The owner is listed as Robert George McCluney III.
