Hoque Global’s mixed-use project a major step in revitalizing downtown Mansfield, city leaders say


The firm is planning a $50 million mixed-use development along Smith Street in downtown Mansfield, complete with 249 residential units, including live/work units, a minimum of 11,700 square feet of office, retail and restaurant space and 7,800 square feet of civic plaza space.
