Housing may be added to Phoenix Investors’ redevelopment of former Sylvania factory


Thomas Deller — the city's planning and economic development director — confirmed Wednesday that Central Falls has crafted a vision statement for 110 housing units in three buildings on the site of the former lightbulb factory, with ground floor commercial space on Broad Street.
