Housing supply in Dallas-Fort Worth rises, giving buyers more choices, but sales continue to fall


The housing supply in Dallas-Fort Worth reached its highest level of the year in December with a three-months supply — a nearly 280% increase over year-end 2021. The report also found that home sales continued to decline, with a 31.7% drop compared to 2021.
