Allen Harrison Co., which develops and acquires multifamily properties across Texas, inked a deal earlier this year for 12 acres at Lemon Creek Ranch, a master-planned community immediately northwest of San Antonio according to documents filed with Bexar County. The firm shared its plans for the property with the San Antonio Business Journal.
