Nashville continues to attract major out-of-town developers and multiple high-dollar projects, making it difficult for new developers to make a play in the competitive market. After having plans for a luxury downtown development fell through, local developer Adam Rosenberg found a "pocket of opportunity" in the industry by converting motels into affordable housing.
