Howard Hughes Corp. gets city’s OK for first piece of 37,000-acre Buckeye project


Howard Hughes Corp., headquartered in Texas, has received city approvals to move forward on the first 1,097 homes at Teravalis, a proposed 37,000-acre master-planned community in Buckeye. The developer spoke to the Business Journal about its construction timeline and what water rights were secured in order to proceed.
