Howard Hughes says 6th Honolulu tower is 72% sold


The Howard Hughes Corp. said Monday that it has sold 72% of the units in its sixth Honolulu tower, Koula, and that Aalii, the fifth tower at Ward Village that is currently under construction, is 83% sold.

The Howard Hughes Corp. (NYSE: HHC) said that combined, 89% of the units delivered at Waiea, Anaha, Aeo and Ke Kilohana, or under construction at Aalii and Koula, are under contract or have been sold.
