Austin-based 3423 Holdings LLC plans to move forward with its vision of bringing more mixed-use development to the transit-oriented district despite the recent breakdown of a larger vision for the site. Hundreds of new units — some affordable housing — plus office space are expected to rise on three acres near a train stop and take this part of Austin to new heights.
