Huntersville defers action on Bi-Part Development’s proposed beach club project, leaving new timeline unclear


Huntersville commissioners moved to, in essence, restart the public rezoning process for Bi-Part Development's plans for a beach club. The action came after developer Jake Palillo declared plans to change the scope of his project.
