HYM scores key win in bid to develop Roxbury parcel, as rival drops out


A local team won a key endorsement in its bid to develop a nearly eight-acre, city-owned parcel in Roxbury, as its only competitor dropped its bid. The HYM bid is now poised to be the victor after a committee vote. It features significantly more lab space than a competing proposal, as well as an emphasis on homeownership over rental apartments.
