Iconic Wildwood motel sells to new owner who plans $12M renovation preserving doo-wop style


The motel was built in 1964 and fell into disrepair after closing last November. The new owners have $12 million plans to turn it into a resort while keeping the iconic blastoff roof and doo-wop architecture.
