Imagine Housing’s executive director aims to make the Eastside affordable

A Sammamish High School grad, Yi Zhao immigrated from China to the Puget Sound region at age five. As leader of an affordable housing nonprofit, he wants to build middle-market housing for families like the one he grew up in.
