Inlivian, Urban Atlantic plan rent-inclusive apartments to replace Hall House in uptown Charlotte


Inlivian and Urban Atlantic will build a 353-unit apartment complex in uptown Charlotte. Thirty percent of the units will be designated for household members who earn less than the area median income.
