It’s official: Saint Luke’s, BJC Health System finalize plans to combine

The combination of Kansas City's Saint Luke's Health System and St. Louis' BJC Health System will create a behemoth in Missouri. They will have a combined 14 hospitals and expect to generate $10 billion in revenue.
