After nearly 18 years, Doug Brandon will be stepping down from the top position at the Nashville office of Cushman & Wakefield. Dave Sansom will officially takes the reigns on Jan 1., but Brandon will be staying on to help Sansom transition to his new role and will be moving into an advisory role.
