New York-based Arch Properties, through an affiliate, has purchased the Camelot Gardens Apartments located at 1591 S Lane Ave $40 million. Built in the late 1960s, the apartments were last bought for $27 million in 2016.
The purchase comes on the heels of another purchase Arch Companies made in Jacksonville, the $14.1 million purchase of Midtown Oaks Apartments.
