Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush has joined the board of directors for Protect My Car after the Tampa Bay area company received a minority stake from Dock Square Capital, a Coral Cables merchant bank.
Bush is managing partner and chairman of Dock Square Capital, which manages portfolios for a variety of global networks and families.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
