Jefferson County Health Action Partnership selects new president


Monica Baskin, a professor at the UAB Division of Preventative Medicine, has been installed as president of the Jefferson County Health Action Partnership.

The partnership is a community health-oriented collaboration of more than 80 organizations, including the Jefferson County Department of Health, UAB, United Way of Central Alabama and the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham.
