JLL makes key Phoenix hire to oversee workplace needs for clients


The new role coincides with tenants in the Phoenix office market continuing to evaluate their options for their workplace and looking to elevate their employees' experience. The third quarter of 2023 brought on another 1.5 million square feet of negative net absorption to the market, which has seen 2.8 million square feet year to date, according to a market report from JLL.
