Judge rules for St. Louis in dispute over Lambert airport cargo project


A state-court judge ruled Wednesday that Lambert airport's leader had the authority to terminate a lease agreement with a firm that had sought to develop a $100 million air cargo facility on a 50-acre northern tract of airport property.
