NHP Foundation to open redeveloped Covent Apartments, invest up to $10 million on SRO acquisitions

The NHP Foundation has completed its redevelopment of the former single-room-occupancy Covent Hotel on Chicago's North Side and is set to open The Covent Apartments this month.
