Judge’s ruling keeps state’s last abortion clinic open in St. Louis


The last remaining abortion clinic in Missouri was granted a preliminary injunction by St. Louis Circuit Judge Michael Stelzer on Monday, allowing Planned Parenthood's St. Louis clinic to continue operating until the court makes a final decision.

In addition, Stelzer ordered the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to make decision regarding the renewal of clinic's license by June 21.
