Justin Doyle learned at a young age what it meant to put in a hard day’s work. Growing up on a farm in Lima, Ohio, Doyle’s father would come into the bedroom he shared with his brother, and if they weren’t up by 7 a.m., they were stuck in their room for the rest of the day.
