Kaiser to build medical office building on Kapolei land bought in 2012


Kaiser Permanente plans to build a $60 million medical office in Kapolei on a five-acre parcel the health care organization bought nearly seven years ago.

Kaiser plans to build a 40,000-square-foot medical office building that will include primary and specialty care on the 5.3-acre parcel at the corner of Kamokila Boulevard and Kapolei Parkway, across from the state judiciary complex and diagonally across from Costco.

Kaiser Foundation Health Plan bought the land, which is zoned BMX-3 for business…
