Kansas City opens applications for grants backing affordable housing projects, as $50M ballot measure nears


Kansas City recently appropriated nearly $8 million from its Housing Trust Fund to support construction or preservation of 500 affordable housing units. Officials now anticipate making more than $10 million available through a second application round.
