KC man claims negligence, fraud over failure of Johnson & Johnson unit’s artificial hip


A failed artificial hip produced by DePuy Orthopaedics Inc. is at the center of a lawsuit filed by a Kansas City man who claims he had to go through a surgery to remove and replace the device, causing substantial financial damages and pain and suffering.
