KC’s Homebase launches first out-of-state project for smart condos


Kansas City's Homebase has tripled its revenue growth in the first two months of 2018, and it's launching its first-out-of-state project for smart condos this week in Austin.

To date, the tech startup has launched its technology only in apartment communities, but the condo project represents new opportunity.
