KC’s largest office buildings see valuations drop through pandemic — but not by much


A nationwide "real estate apocalypse" for office market values does not appear to have embroiled Kansas City's largest buildings, as of Jackson County's most recent appraisals in 2021. But how ongoing hybrid work trends will affect local office valuations in the county's 2023 reassessment remains a question mark.
