Kentucky developer planning 535-unit housing project near Grove City


A Kentucky developer is behind the latest large-scale housing project near Grove City.

Erlanger, Kentucky based Fischer Homes, through its Grand Communities Ltd. subsidiary, wants to build a 535-unit development on about 210 acres west of Jackson Pike, south of the intersection with Hibbs Road. The project, which is called Farmstead, calls for 415 single-family homes and 120 row houses, according to plans submitted to the city.
