Kenwood Theatre finds second life in nearby mixed-use development


A beloved Greater Cincinnati movie theater is back in a new home with expanded offerings.

Kenwood Theatre is taking on a second life in the former City Base Cinema at Kenwood Collection, with new signs for the theater set to go up within the next month.

The change comes after Theatre Management Corp., which operates Clifton's Esquire Theatre and Mariemont Theatre, purchased a joint interest in City Base, said Vice President of Operations Julianne Reisenfeld.
