Kiddar Capital to relocate HQ, but it’s not going far


Global asset management firm Kiddar Capital will relocate its headquarters within the city of Falls Church to a new mixed-use project it is co-developing with Insight Property Group, the company announced Monday.

Kiddar, currently headquartered in a 22,000-square-foot building at 100 N. Washington St., will take a majority of the 74,000-square-foot Class A office building to be developed on that same parcel. The latest renderings of the building show a large "Kiddar Capital" sign near the roof line.
