Kilroy Realty’s top Bay Area biotech exec departs


A top Bay Area executive has departed from Kilroy Realty Corp., one of the region’s biggest landlords.

Tracy Murphy resigned after three years of serving as executive vice president for life science, the company said. The Southern California resident recently started as president of Creative Science Properties, a San Diego-based biotech real estate development firm started by her former colleagues at BioMed Realty.
