Twenty-five years after she bought it, Bryant-Lake Bowl owner Kim Bartmann is selling her restaurant-theater-bowling alley concept, the Star Tribune reports.
The new owner will be Erica Gilbert, who started at the Bryant-Lake Bowl 12 years ago as a wait assistant and is now a manager. Gilbert said she plans making only minor updates to the restaurant, at 810 W. Lake St.
Bartmann told the Star Tribune it was time for a change, and the restaurant will be in the space long into the future.
