King Ranch Saddle Shop to bring high-end boots, Western wear to South Congress

King Ranch Saddle Shop, an apparel company with ties to the famed Texas ranch, will open its first Austin store in coveted South Congress space, taking over a spot previously occupied by bootmaker Tecovas.
