Kirkbride Center owner pays $160,000 fine to settle improper opioid tracking allegations


CoreCare Behavioral Health Management Inc., parent company for West Philadelphia psychiatric health care provide The Kirkbride Center, has agreed to pay the United States government $160,200 in penalties to resolve allegations that it failed properly to account for highly addictive and frequently abused opioids, including methadone.
