Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of the legendary rock band KISS are opening their second Rock & Brews restaurant in the state of Wisconsin. The rock stars' brand is now coming to northeastern Wisconsin with the newest location planned for Potawatomi Casino Hotel in Carter.
