Transformative 106-acre development has been half a century in the making


A few years ago, Bill Pohl and his daughter, Jennifer Jensen, bought a 106-acre site in the small city of Liberty Hill. Now they plan to develop it into a mixed-use campus, with big box retailers, multifamily housing, quick-service restaurants and more. It would be a transformative project for Liberty Hill, a city of about 6,800 that is primed to explode.
