Kowalski’s Market to open Southdale Center grocery store in 2024


Southdale Center has officially landed a new tenant that's taking over a large vacancy within the Edina mall: local grocer Kowalski's Markets.

Kowalski's will occupy more than 34,000 square feet on the ground floor of the former Herberger’s store at the southeast corner of Southdale’s property, mall owner Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) announced Wednesday.
