Kraft Heinz announced Friday that it had completed its acquisition of Primal Nutrition LLC, makers of Primal Kitchen branded products. The deal was previously announced in November.
Primal Kitchen will be slotted under Springboard, Kraft Heinz's platform created to partner with founders and brands that will "disrupt the food industry." Primal Nutrition will continue to operate as an autonomous company by its current leadership team and will keep its headquarters in Oxnard, Calif.
