Kraft shareholder threatens proxy contest over interest in Campbell Soup international business


There may be one less bidder for Campbell Soup Co.'s international division.

One of Kraft Heinz's largest shareholders is opposing the company's participation in the auction for Campbell's international division — which includes the Arnott's biscuits and crackers brand — and it's threatening to organize a proxy contest if a deal proceeds.
