Kris Lindahl files lawsuit against Canadian Realtor over alleged imitation of arms-outstretched pose


Kris Lindahl Real Estate has filed a lawsuit against a Canadian real estate firm, alleging the firm's founder copied Kris Lindahl’s arms-outstretched pose made famous in social media posts and advertisements.

The use of this pose breaches an agreement the defendant, Golfi Realty's Rob Golfi, signed in 2021 before attending a Kris Lindahl-led seminar, according to a lawsuit the Coon Rapids-based real estate firm filed with the Minnesota District Court on Aug. 12.
