Kroger debuts longer-lasting produce nationwide


Kroger Co. is the first national retailer to offer a new line of longer-lasting produce in all of its stores.

The Cincinnati-based retailer (NYSE: KR), which is also the nation’s largest traditional grocer, now offers Apeel Sciences’ longer-lasting avocados in its more than 1,100 stores.
