Kushner Cos. pays fine to NYC regulators


Kushner Cos. paid a hefty fine to New York City regulators for allegedly lying about the number of rent-regulated tenants it had.

The family-run real estate company was fined $210,000 for routinely filing false documents with the city claiming it had no rent-regulated tenants in its buildings. In fact, it had hundreds.
